FAQ

Questions before
you request clearance

Can you clear my shipment if I use another freight forwarder?

Yes. You can request customs brokerage separately from transportation. Share your forwarder’s details and shipment status so the U.S. brokerage team can assess the handoff and confirm the scope.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Start with the goods, country of manufacture, estimated value, transport mode and expected U.S. arrival. An invoice and packing list are useful when available. We will identify any further information needed.

Can you help with my first commercial import?

Yes. Tell us about your planned shipment. The team will review the information needed for the customs service and explain the onboarding steps before work begins.

Are ISF and a customs bond included?

They are included only when listed in your agreed scope. The team will review the requirements and your existing arrangements, then explain any separately quoted services.

Does customs clearance include freight and delivery?

Freight and delivery are separate services unless your quote expressly includes them. You can keep your own forwarder or request a combined China-to-U.S. shipping plan.

My cargo is already in transit or has arrived. Can I still contact you?

Yes. Send the current shipment status, expected or actual arrival date, and available documents. The U.S. team will assess whether it can accept the work and what needs attention first.
