shipping quote includes
Your quote should identify the agreed pickup, storage, packing, freight, customs services and destination delivery. Government duties and taxes, inspections and other third-party charges must be shown or clearly identified as additional.
DDP and DAP
DDP and DAP assign import clearance and duty responsibilities differently. We confirm the agreed term and named place with your order. Door-to-door delivery alone does not specify who pays duties or whether unloading, inside placement or installation is included.

Questions before you book
Can you collect goods from more than one supplier?
Yes. Send the supplier locations, product list and expected ready dates. We will confirm collection, receiving and consolidation arrangements for your shipment.
Can I request a quote before I know the final volume?
Yes. Share the dimensions or estimates you have. An initial estimate may change when final packing and measurements are confirmed.
Does shipping include customs duties and unloading?
Only where those items are expressly included in the agreed scope. Your quote should identify duties, taxes, delivery conditions and unloading arrangements separately.
Can you help with clearance if freight is already booked?
Yes. Use our U.S. customs clearance inquiry and share the shipment status, arrival details and available documents for review.
