What to remember
Residential service does not automatically include inside placement, stairs, unpacking or assembly. Describe the site before booking.
Tell the carrier about the actual address
A narrow residential lane, no loading dock and a heavy stone tabletop change the delivery plan. Provide access details, the largest crate dimensions and the intended unloading point before dispatch.
Name the service you actually need
| Service | What to agree |
|---|---|
| Curbside / standard | Exact unloading point and who unloads |
| Liftgate | Platform dimensions and load capacity |
| Inside delivery | Agreed interior location and access |
| Assembly / installation | Separate work scope and responsible team |
