Do I need to travel to China?

No. Source Foshan can coordinate options, samples, factory communication and inspections remotely. If you want to visit, the team can plan showroom and factory routes. Visit services are quoted separately.

Can I keep suppliers I have already found?

Yes. Send their contacts, purchase orders, packing lists and expected completion dates. The team can coordinate receiving and consolidation, with inspection coverage and costs agreed first.

Who approves purchases and supplier payments?

You approve the products, suppliers, specifications, prices and commercial terms. The written proposal identifies the contracting parties, payment recipients and approval milestones before orders are released.

Does sourcing include full inspection and shipping?

The proposal defines each service. Warehouse receiving checks and detailed specification inspections have different coverage. Packing, storage, freight, duties and destination services should each be confirmed in writing.

How are Source Foshan and Allwayforward involved?
